Summary
The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (“KCATA” or “the Authority”) is issuing this Request for Interest (RFI) to identify qualified Design-Build teams interested in participating in the upcoming Design-Build Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P).
Interested teams shall contact Kristen Emmendorfer, Procurement Director at kristene@kcata.org and copy Mary Ann Felts, mfelts@kcata.org and Bill Yord, Byord@kcata.org in order to receive an invitation to access Qualification/Proposal documents.
Solicitation documents will be accessible and available on or before November 16, 2026, and close December 29, 2026. Please watch for further details in the published RFQ/P.
