Here is some information about the upcoming introduction of fares and passes for RideKC transit services.

RideKC Flex

Call to Flex

On RideKC Flex service, buses will pick you up and take you to your destination. All trips must be within the boundaries of the specific zone. You can transfer to other RideKC routes in the zone.

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. The service is limited to certain hours of the day and certain days of the week.

To line up a trip, here’s who to call: 
Kansas City and Missouri: 816-346-0346

298 NKC Flex service operates:
Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Call 816.346.0346 at least 24 hours in advance of your requested trip. Standing order trip reservations will no longer be offered to RideKC Flex riders. Customers may only book trips up to 14 days in advance.
