404 Metcalf–Downtown provides a direct connection between Johnson County and downtown Kansas City, traveling along the Metcalf Avenue corridor and I-35. Operating on weekdays, this route allows riders to access major employment centers, and key destinations along the route: Downtown KCMO, Union Station, Crown Center, Mission Transit Center, Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center, and Overland Park Convention Center.

Kaleidescope

Kaleidoscope is a free art-making space designed for kids ages 4-12 and their accompanying adults. Located in Crown Center in downtown Kansas City, Kaleidoscope is Hallmark’s gift to kids and families. During each 50-minute studio session, kids are invited to explore and create in an open-ended way. Using materials leftover from Hallmark’s manufacturing processes (all sorts of paper, stickers, ribbon, and more), Crayola supplies (crayons, markers, paint), and their own vivid imaginations, kids are empowered to have their own creative experiences.

Kansas City Convention Center

Encompassing more than 800,000 square feet, the Kansas City Convention Center hosts more than 400 events every year. The center covers an eight-square block area in Downtown. The complex is connected to major downtown hotels and parking by skywalks and underground walkways.

Legoland Discovery Center

Overland Park Farmers' Market

Open on Saturdays from April to November and Wednesdays during the summer. Vendors line both edges of the Overland Park Farmers' Market, offering fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers and more.
