The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) congratulates Johnson County Government on the receipt of a $7.65 million Bus and Bus Facilities grant to buy new energy-efficient propane and CNG vehicles that will replace diesel-powered vehicles that have exceeded their useful life. The announcement was made today at an event in Johnson County.

The first organization to step up was Ruby Jean’s Juicery at 31st Street and Troost Avenue. Now, there are 13 partners in the Adopt-A-Stop program.

At this point, the schedule for Route 210 Front Street will maintain its current schedule, providing hourly service to Berkley and Front St. The walk to the stadium is approximately ½-mile.
