1/4: Kansas City IRIS Service to Operate North of Missouri River Only

Effective:Jan 04, 2026

Due to changes on funding at the Kansas City government level, IRIS will no longer serve all of Kansas City, MO. IRIS service will now operate north of the Missouri River starting January 4, 2026. IRIS in Independence, MO, and Kansas City, KS are unaffected by this change.

For route and schedule information, visit RideKC.org any time or call the RideKC Regional Call Center at (816) 221-0660, weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. We offer translation assistance for trip information in more than 50 languages.
