Here is some information about the upcoming introduction of fares and passes for RideKC transit services.

Send a text message to RideKC Include details: what, when, where 816.685.8541

If you see something that doesn’t look right at a RideKC bus stop, transit center or inside a RideKC vehicle, send a text message to RideKC at 816.685.8541 with the following details:

  • Direction headed, closest intersection, route number, bus number
  • You may include text and images in your message

Examples of issues to report:

  • Facilities issues (trash, damaged property, etc.)
  • Suspicious people, activity or objects
  • Crimes (drug use/sales, vandalism/graffiti, weapons on board, etc.)
  • Code of Conduct violations (loud music or noises, smoking, drinking alcohol, profane language, harassment of others, littering, etc.)
