August 6: Internet Outage affecting Regional Call Center

KCATA is currently experiencing an internet outage through our primary provider, Spectrum. Spectrum is actively working to correct the issue.

The main customer impact is the inability to reach the Regional Call Center at 816-221-0660. For real-time route and schedule information please go online at ridekc.org. 

We do not have an Estimated Time to Repair yet but will update social media channels and the website as soon as possible.
