Sept. 8: Plaza 10K Run Delays and Reroutes

RideKC buses that travel in The Plaza and Midtown areas will be affected by The Plaza 10K Run/Walk on Sunday, Sept. 8, beginning at 6 a.m. until the end of the event, at approximately 12 p.m.

Main MAX: Northbound buses will continue  the regular route to 51st Terr. and Brookside, go west on 51st Terr., and north on Main to resume regular route. Expect delays at Ward Parkway & Mill Creek Parkway and 47th and Mill Creek Parkway.
Southbound buses will travel the regular route to 51st Street and Main, continue south on Main, east on 51st Terr., and south on Brookside to resume the regular route. Expect delays at Ward Parkway & Mill Creek Parkway and 47th and Mill Creek Parkway.

Troost MAX, 25 Troost: Buses will travel the regular route. Expect delays at MLK Blvd & Troost and Cleaver II & Troost.

35 35th Street: Eastbound buses will travel the regular route to Roanoke Pkwy and Madison, go north on Madison, west on 45th Street, north on Roanoke Pkwy, east on Westport Road, east on 43rd Street, north on Broadway, east on Westport Road, north on Baltimore, east on 39th Street, north on Warwick, and east on Armour to resume the regular route. Westbound buses will travel the regular route to Armour and Warwick, go south on Warwick, west on 39th Street, south on Baltimore, west on Westport Road, south on Broadway, west on 43rd street, and west on Westport road to resume the regular route.

47 Broadway: Eastbound buses will travel the regular route to 39th & Broadway, go east on 39th, south on 71 Highway to Cleaver II/Swope Parkway exit, go east on Cleaver II, south on Prospect and east on Swope Parkway to resume the regular route. Westbound buses will travel the regular route to 71 Highway, go north on 71 Highway to 39th exit, west on 39th and north on Broadway to resume the regular route.

85 Paseo: Buses will travel the regular route. Expect delays at Cleaver II & Paseo and MLK Blvd and Paseo.
