1/7: North Kansas City Service Changes, Updated 1/5

Beginning January 7, The 298 Flex will return to service. IRIS will end operations in North Kansas City.

298 Flex: the 298 Flex will resume service from 6 a.m., until 6 p.m. 7 days a week. Service can be booked through the RideKC Flex app, or by calling the 816-346-0346 Monday through Saturday 5 a.m.–7:15 p.m.

IRIS: IRIS will no longer serve North Kansas City. IRIS users outside of North Kansas City will still be able to access North Kansas City Hospital using IRIS.

For route and schedule information, visit RideKC.org any time or call the RideKC Regional Call Center at (816) 221-0660, weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. We offer translation assistance for trip information in more than 50 languages.
