Printed Schedules Available By Request

Printed bus schedules and maps are now available by request only. Customers can make their request using any of the following options:

Please list the routes you need printed and your mailing address in each request. Mailing address must include a name, address, city, state and ZIP code. Include company name or apartment number if necessary. KCATA will then send schedules and route maps to you by First Class mail. Limit five (5) routes per request to ensure prompt delivery. Please allow two business days for processing of your request.

Detailed schedule information is available 24/7 from these sources:

  • RideKC.org (select the route from the home screen and click “View Schedule” or “View Map”) 
  • The free Transit app (select the route from the launch screen and tap “More Departures”)

Printed information will still be available on buses but will no longer list full schedules.
