Plaza Lighting Detours for RideKC Main MAX, 35 and 47

Plaza service on Main MAX, 35 35th Street and 47 Broadway will detour around the Country Club Plaza due to traffic congestion expected on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28, during The Plaza Lighting Ceremony. All reroutes will begin at 3 p.m. and end when traffic clears, at about midnight.

Main MAX: Southbound Main MAX will take the regular route to 39th and Broadway, go west on 39th, south on State Line, east on 55th, and south on Brookside to resume the regular route. Northbound buses will travel the regular route to 55th and Brookside, go west on 55th, north on State Line, east on 39th, and north on Broadway to resume regular route.

35 35th Street: Westbound buses will travel the regular route to 46th and Roanoke to lay over. From the layover, eastbound buses will continue south on Roanoke, to 47th St., north on Madison, west on 45th St, and north on Roanoke to resume the regular route.

47 Broadway: Eastbound buses will travel the regular route to 39th, go east on 39th, south on Troost, and east on Cleaver II to resume the regular route. Westbound buses will take the regular route to Cleaver II Boulevard, then go north on Troost, west on 39th and north on Broadway to resume the regular route.
