New Lost and Found hours at East Village
Effective Aug. 8, 2022, Lost and Found will be available by appointment on weekdays, weather permitting. Lost and Found has moved to the East Village Transit Center at 12th and Charlotte to better serve customers. In Summer 2022 the lobby of the transit center opened.
Lost and Found is available Monday through Friday, and remains by appointment only for essential items. Appointments will be available 8:15 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 4:45 p.m. Please call Lost and Found at 816-346-0265 to make an appointment.
Lost and Found is for essential items only. Other items will be disposed of. Essential items include:
- Keys
- Wallets
- Purses
- Mobile phones or tablets
- Laptops
- Eyeglasses
- Medication
Enter the East Village Transit Center lobby by the east doors, near the bus bays.
Bicycles: Bicycles will only be available for pick up on Thursdays, between 9 to 11 a.m., and 12 to 2 p.m. by appointment only. Bicycle pick up is located at 1350 E. 17th Street, one block north of the former Customer Service Lobby.
