The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority and the City of Independence have some exciting news for our paratransit customers. We are pleased to announce that we will be transitioning to a new reservations, scheduling and dispatch software platform for KCATA’s RideKC Freedom and RideKC Freedom On-Demand. This transition will allow us to improve our customer service. The anticipated go-live date is July 30, 2024.

RideKC Routes 28 Blue Ridge, 29 Blue Ridge Limited, 63 63rd Street and 399 Raytown Flex will no longer stop in Raytown. 399 Raytown Flex is being eliminated, while the other three will continue to serve Kansas City.
