IRIS is a new app-based, on-demand service provided by Kansas City, Mo., in partnership with the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, zTrip, and RideCo.
Effective Monday, Feb. 20, customers should board RideKC buses through the front door only, and exit buses through the back door. This change will improve safety for customers.
RideKC buses and RideKC Freedom are Zero Fare through 2023. Fares are being changed on Freedom On-Demand and on 199 Micro Transit in KCK and 499 Micro Transit in Johnson County.
