Transit-Oriented Community Development Projects

Rehabbing an existing building in close proximity to transit lines 25, 85 and Troost MAX, the Twin Elms/41 Paseo East project updates existing facilities and adds 54 new affordable housing units for seniors.

The Mabion will be located in the Beacon Hills Neighborhood and will offer a new, holostic approach to community housing. It will include 57 units of affordable housing, offer residents a range of integrated support services, and will be located on the Troost MAX Bus Rapid Transit Line.

Promise Place is a multi-building development including 101 below-market-rate units made up of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The development will also have a ground-level amenity in one of the buildings including a community room with kitchen and fitness area. 

Mohawk at 15 is transforming a former parking lot and office space site into a vibrant mixed-income, multi-family housing and equitable Transit-Oriented Community Development. It is being developed by Grayson Capital LLC with support from a 20-year START bond.
