Beginning June 1, all applications to use RideKC Freedom will be processed according to guidelines established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This process is designed to determine eligibility based on how a person’s disability impacts their use of the bus system. The application asks for more information than the previous application and includes a section for your physician to complete. Completion of the application is vital to making eligibility decisions that match your individual transportation needs with the services that we provide.
