The Aiden by Best Western will offer 84 hotel rooms with access to restaurant/bar, fitness center, business center, and meeting space.  The Kessler Building conversion will become the first Aiden by Best Western hotel in the region, out of 11 in the United States and more than 30 globally.

The boutique collection looks to blend "cool, casual charm with an eclectic neighborly feel." with each hotel having a unique design meant to reflect "the unique personality of each community they serve," the brand's website says.
