This $6.5 million overhaul of the water park at the former Adams Mark Hotel made way for SW19 at the Stadium.  The project includes eight indoor pickleball courts, a bar and restaurant helmed by a local chef, a lobby lounge, flexible event space and two VIP suites. The site serves as the home of Kansas City's first professional pickleball team, the KC Stingers.

  • Creation of 34 full-time, year-round jobs, with 75% of positions targeted for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients and individuals from low-income backgrounds
  • Designation as a bus operator layover site, bolstering KCATA's operational efficiency
  • Provision of health and educational resources through student picleball instruction, offering pathways to potential collegiate scholarships
