ArriveKC marks the culmination of a new Transit-Oriented Community at a key intersection in Kansas City's urban core.  The development sits at the nexus of KC Streetcar's Main Street extension, the Martini Corner retail corridor, and Penn Valley Park and the World War I Memorial.

Led by the developer's willingness to take on financial complexity associated with the project site, ArriveKC reimagines what was previously an abandoned hospital complex with numerous safety hazards and vandalism issues.  In addition to 385 new market rate apartments, 12 unfinished condos will be completed along with updates to 90 existing condos.  The developer will also preserve and update the existing 420-space parking garage with parking for residents, transit riders, and the public.

  • 1/2 block from new KC Streetcar expansion stop and existing RideKC bus stop
  • Revitalization of blighted former hospital site adjacent to Penn Valley Park and the World War I Memorial
  • Rehabilitation of existing parking structure that includes parking for transit riders
