Due to increased efforts to protect our passengers and employees from COVID-19 (coronavirus), effective immediately, the KCATA is making changes to its lost and found policy and closing the Customer Service Lobby.
The Customer Service Lobby at 1200 E. 18th Street is temporarily closed, effective March 17 until further notice, due to concerns around COVID-19.
Additionally, KCATA is no longer hosting on-site meetings at its facility
Effective immediately, the KCATA is making changes to its lost and found policy.
The KCATA will only store essential items in lost and found. This includes keys, wallets, purses, mobile phones, laptops, and medication. All other items, except bicycles, will be discarded. Pickup of lost items will be arranged through the Lost and Found office.
