Effective immediately, customers on the RideKC 297 Tiffany Springs Flex have the option to book a ride with the new RideKC Flex app. Customers can also track the vehicle inside the app and will receive a push notification from the RideKC Flex mobile when the vehicle is arriving.

The RideKC Flex mobile app allows customers to book trips and cancel trips in the app. Download the free RideKC Flex app in your mobile app store. Trips must be booked 24 hours in advance. Trips may be cancelled in the app. Please note, the RideKC Flex app has two options to help you get to your destination on time. When scheduling your trip, choose the "Leave at" option if you have flexibility in your arrival time. If you have no flexibility in your arrival time, then choose the "Arrive by" option. This will ensure you are dropped off no later than the arrival time you select in the app.
Riders can continue to make trip reservations by calling the RideKC Flex reservation line at 816-346-0346. The reservation line is open Monday-Saturday, 5 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Trips made over the phone will not provide notifications to the customer.
The RideKC Flex App is also available for routes 298 NKC Flex. More RideKC Flex routes will be added to the RideKC Flex app soon.
