(Kansas City, Mo. – March 1, 2015) Due to road conditions, the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) has activated Phase A of the Inclement Weather Plan for the Share-A-Fare paratransit service. Many customers may experience delays of 30 to 60 minutes past scheduled pickup times.
Share-A-Fare (SAF) is a transportation program that provides alternate transportation to persons whose disability prevents them from using the regular fixed-route bus service.

Metro bus customers can contact the Regional Call Center at (816) 221-0660. Regular hours for the Call Center are from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. Details of the emergency snow reroute plan are available online.
