Customer Satisfaction Surveys Conducted On Buses This Month

Surveyors will be on KCATA buses starting Wednesday, Feb. 8 questioning our riders about what they think about transit services. The survey will last through February.

The purpose of the survey is to get an accurate assessment of how our customers view the KCATA and what we are doing right and where we can improve. The survey is being conducted on our express, local and MAX lines. 

The surveyors, blue vests with the RideKC logo, will be on 46 of our most popular routes. Spanish-translated surveys will also be available.
