RideKC will hold a Community Meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 4:30-6 p.m., to discuss its Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Planning and Feasability Study for Independence Ave. The meeting will be held at the Independence Avenue CID, 2657 Independence Ave., Kansas City, Mo.

We'll talk about enhanced RideKC service on Independence Avenue/24 Highway.

RideKC wants to know:

  • What is important to you for transit on Independence Avenue and 24 Highway?
  • Would enhanced passenger amenities such as shelters and free WiFi improve your transit experience?
  • Would you like to arrive at your destination quicker and with fewer stops?
