Break Service For K-10 Connector Begins May 21; Summer Service Begins June 4

Date:May 17, 2018
Effective:May 22, 2017

Effective Monday, May 21, Johnson County’s 510 K-10 Connector service operating between Overland Park and Lawrence will move to a reduced schedule for the two weeks between the spring semester and the summer term.

On the 510 K-10 Connector schedule, "Break" trips are noted with a B in the "Schedule" column.

During the “break” schedule, the K-10 service will operate three round trips in the morning and afternoon rush hours with one midday trip between Johnson County Community College and the University of Kansas-Edwards campus in Overland Park and the main KU campus in Lawrence. No night service is available.

“Summer” trips are designated with an ‘S’ in the schedule column.

The K-10 Connector summer schedule will begin on June 4 and run through July 27. The route will operate hourly during rush hour, instead of every half hour during the regular schedule. Night service operates every two hours during the summer term instead of every hour during the regular schedule.

The summer schedule will remain in place through July 27, 2018.  There will be no service on Wednesday, July 4. The break schedule will resume from July 30 to August 17. The regular schedule resumes Monday, Aug. 20. For more schedule details, please see Maps and Schedules.
